Beth Riley is a seasoned therapist, coach, and guide who has dedicated her career to helping individuals navigate major transitions with strength and self-compassion. With extensive clinical experience and years of supporting clients through life’s most challenging moments, Beth brings a rare blend of emotional insight, practical strategy, and steady, calming presence.

Beth's works centers on growing her client's capacity for real self-care which means helping clients connect with their innermost desires and align their lives with what matters to them.

When Beth went through her own divorce after a long term marriage, she became aware that the type of help she needed did not exist. People experiencing divorce often receive legal guidance, but rarely the emotional and mindset support they truly need. Her approach is grounded and deeply humane. She helps clients reduce overwhelm, rebuild their identity, and gain clarity in the moments when life feels most uncertain.

Her work centers on helping women move forward with intention—creating sustainable routines, setting healthy boundaries, and stepping into their next chapter with confidence.

Known for her warm professionalism and calm, steady guidance, Beth is committed to helping clients not just cope better but actually heal and thrive. Her mission is simple: to help each person she supports reclaim their power, reshape their future, and rise with clarity, dignity, and hope.

Beth Riley is a highly trained mental health professional and coach with a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate life’s most challenging transitions. She is a graduate of Stanford University and and has a masters in social work. She has built a diverse career that spans clinical work, telehealth, leadership in non-profit and behavioral health settings, and private coaching.

Beyond her clinical expertise, Beth brings the richness of her lived experience to her work. Having rebuilt her life after the end of a long-term marriage, she understands firsthand the grief, disorientation, and ultimately the profound growth that can emerge from major transitions. This deeply personal journey informs her grounded, compassionate, and empowering approach to helping women heal and live their most joyful lives.

Beth recently returned to New York City where she embraces the creative energy and spirit of her hometown. Outside of work, you can often find her at at museums, photographing birds and flowers, walking in Central Park and disco dancing. She speaks French and Italian. She is grateful to live in the same city as her daughter. She’s also the devoted human to her cat, Lil, who adds daily doses of humor and affection to her life.

Blending professional skill, lived wisdom, and a love for creativity and connection, Beth brings warmth, clarity, and real-world insight to everyone she works with.
